So far, so good. I had surgery and don’t like taking pain meds. So I am trying kratom. It relieves pain to some degree. The negative: Kratom does not come with dosage instructions. I am only taking 1 capsule (100g) a day, due to not knowing. It may have better relief capabilities, just don’t know, due to not knowing the dosage amount.
