Though the website sometimes lags, the customer support is good. From basic lessons to advanced, the educational program is well-organized. The quantity of information offered can be confusing for me since I'm just a beginner. Be prepared to put in a lot of effort and hours of studying. The package for me is expensive but it's thorough.
