First off, let me say I'm an early adopter and a techhie. I've been working on computers since the 70s and have built my own PCs for over 30 years. As a result, technology comes very easy for me.
My Statik Aktiv headset arrived dead back in December. Fought to get a replacement (online store said to get from Statik and Statik said to go back to online store). Finally Statik sent a replacement and the replacement was dead! Same problem as first headset. Won't charge. These headsets are horrible.
The instruction manual shows an indicator light and online instructional videos show that it lights up. Mine never did. Charged overnight and still get low battery message when I turn the headset on. Support said there is no indictor light (contrary to the manual and online videos) and when I sent them a video of my issue and photo of the manual with the 'indictor' light circled, instead of further troubleshooting, support told me to go back to point of purchase and won't deal with me any longer to get a working product! Overall horrible product and horrible experience. Will never buy another product from Statik again.
