Bought a charging lead from Static , very pleased with the product , excellent quality.
Subsequently ordered some spare magnetic tips from them , when the package arrived the pack inside the envelope was empty.
Contacted them via their website to ask about this.
Still no response or reply two weeks later.
Very disappointing.
