They're pretty good at Statik. I bought two x 360 with mag tips and thought the concept brilliant. No more frayed wires or stressed connectors. However, the charging rate was not what I expected, and put this to them. They sent me a 360 PRO replacement foc, which was exactly what I needed. So I purchased another and have great chargers with all the benefits of the mag technology. Why don't the big boys grab them instead of making us fork out for replacements on a regular basis. You can answer that one! Go Statik!
