I placed 2 orders for over £160. When the first order arrived it was clear the 65W chargers were not universal as they only have 2 pins so will not work I'm the uk. Customer service said it was clear (from 1 small picture) despite it not being mentioned in writing, they gave me a 20% refund on the chargers. The 2nd order (placed 3 days after the first) did not arrive so again I contacted customer services, they advised there was an issue and they were sending the order again. At this point I asked for them to remove the 2 65W chargers from the order now that we know they will not work in the UK. They said they would ask the fulfilment team to see if this was possible. 2 weeks later I received confirmation that the order had shipped so I contacted them again to be told to refuse the order when it arrived. Surely 2 weeks was enough time to updat the order....When the order arrived it was not obvious who the package had come from so it was not refused, another £80 wasted! The reason for the 2 orders in the first place was that I upgraded from standard to pro cables, be warned that these cables are not compatible with each other, they have different connectors so if for example you use them for your mobile phone in different rooms, you need to remove the fiddly adapters each time which defeats the point of having convenient magnetic connectors. I also get an annoying message on my Samsung S21 to say the USB device is not supported everytime I plug it in using the Pro cable. Overall I have wasted money on the chargers I cannot use, the cables dont work correctly and are incompatible with their other connectors and the customer service has been terrible, I will not be recommending them, quite the opposite.
