I ordered two products this last time. My wife and I have ordered charging cables twice before. I received my verification and then no communication for a month. I thought this was abnormal so I checked my order just as the site suggested by downloading Shop. Shop only allowed me to find the carrier and kept telling me no more information found about my shipment. I then wrote twice to Statik about the delay a couple days apart. My order was delivered to my house before I for two days before I received a reply. I love your products. I didn't like your customer service.
