The product never arrived at my address, it was sent twice and both times were unsuccessful. Later, I received messages from a shipping company (which was not the same one the company told me it would be) asking for my credit card information. In the end, I was left without my money, without the product, and with a lot of time wasted trying to find out, request, and attempt to get the product to arrive. Customer service washed their hands of it, telling me to inquire at my local post office.
