I ordered a cable on March 30th, my 5th cable from your company. I love your product but right now I am SEVERLY UPSET that I have not received my cable. I've written 3 letters to your customer service & all I receive back is a form letter. Why in the world is writing your customer service so ineffective? I'm left feeling like "what do I do now?" So, my review is...LOVE the product BUT your customer service needs A LOT of work!!!
