Hi... I have to say your customer support ist great, but I'm not convinced of the product.
After a while the magnetic connection of the cable doesn't transmit the electrics and loading stops. So if you want to load by night the smartphone battery might be half loaded in the morning because the magnetic didn't work as it should.
I tried it several times with different cables but it's always the same. Some work longer, some don't.
Sorry for my honesty and thank you again for your great customer service.
