I have been A big promoter of your product for years. I have your strips at work in my cars, in my father‘s car. In the bedroom in the living room and even in the guest room. I recently purchased the green lighted cable and when was effective. I’ve contacted, the company to request a replacement submitted a picture and never received another response. I find it if I need to buy another cable I will only buy them through Amazon as a direct purchase from the company, I am not guaranteed for warranty fulfillment.
