I ordered these early/mid Dec hoping for at least a late Christmas gift. I just got them 3 months later! I contacted support many times and they only answer when they want. These cords charge very slow so they are only good for things with small batteries like a vape lol.
I have since contacted them at least twice a week for about the past month, requesting to return majority of my order. But no one will get back to me!!
