While the magnets worked as intended, and the rotation of the charger was super helpful, I would greatly appreciate some kind of lock for the charger head. I frequently have issues with the magnet disconnecting instead of rotating, requiring me to be careful to keep my charger connected - which is what this product is designed to avoid. Not only that, but whenever I *do* want to pull the charger from my phone, the magnet isn't strong enough to pull it out, and I have to take off my phone case to pull the charger head out. My last complaint is a simple one that makes the charger I received completely unusable. It is ASTRONOMICALLY slow. It takes about 11 hours to charge my phone from 0 to 100.
