I'm very disappointed with Statik and their order fulfillment and customer support. I placed an order 7/17 and have not received an order confirmation, tracking information, or product. I have tried to contact the company for an update, and have not received anything back. The order was over $100. I understand that's not a big order to you, but it's a lot of money to me. I can understand why you want to flood the market with orders, but you need to fill the orders you've sold before you try to sell new items. This was the third or fourth order I've placed, and the largest. Hope to see something soon. I don't want to deal with PayPal.
