I ordered two power banks from them, I am in Canada and I thought the shipping was going to be pretty straightforward but IT WASN’T. If you’re in Canada DO NOT order a power bank from them, you will never get it and if you forget that you ordered it they will never get back to you to let you know. First time I ordered I added my correct address, I got the tracking number from DHL and after a week I receive an email saying that it had been delivered, well it wasn’t delivered to my house it was sent back to them and they didn’t take the time to let me know that. I waited for a week to hear from Canada Post telling me that they finally got my package (because I thought it was going to be delivered to Cañada Post at some point). After calling DHL they clarified that the package was sent back to them and that’s when I got annoyed. I sent an email explaining the issue (with screenshots and everything) to the customer service team and they first answer was: Congrats, your item has been delivered, AND IT WASN’T, it had been delivered back to them. So I got annoyed again. I sent them another email when they finally admitted that the package was sent back to them and they tried to ship it again. I hoped that this time will work, but it didn’t. It happened again, the package didn’t clear customs and it was sent back to them. Again they didn’t contact me at all, I sent them an email (actually two emails) until they finally issued my refund. It might be a good company, and have good products but I WILL NEVER KNOW………
