I have ordered from Statik before, no problem, I purchased in july, ordered incorrect tipsm boxes were damaged and bruised, the order was delay and it was not communicated to me. I returned the items and was delivered a month ago. You customer service, is non responsive, i have sent multiple emails regarding my refund and to no avail. Why cant i get someone to call me, or email me back with a response. I have followed the instructions provided to send items back. You have your product why can I get my refund.
