The first time I dealt with Static they were very good but the second time when I bought a multicharger plug that didn't take my 2 pin shaver which is a major fault in my book. I contacted them & asked for some advice or help I have now waited six weeks & no reply so it looks like I should have listened to those others who said their customer service is diabolical they are right!. If any of you read my reveiw on trust pilot please disregard it I was wrong & I will be updating or deleting it if I can. Michael acts as if he's your mate, he's not & I shall be unsubscribing, very very unhappy :0(
