It took awhile to get my order. I hadn’t received any tracking information. When I reached out customer service was very responsive and helpful. Soon after, I received tracking information and updates. This isn’t related to customer service, but I did have one disappointment with the 3 foot cables I ordered. I ordered two 6 foot cables awhile back and liked them so much I decided to order two 3 foot cables as well. When I got them usb c adapters aren’t compatible with both the 6 and the 3 foot cables. Where the connect magnetically they are different sizes. I can’t use the same one for all cables. 6 foot is different size adapter than 3 foot, which is a bit of an inconvenience.
