This has been a terrible experience. I have been waiting for over 4 months for the product I’ve ordered and have repeatedly asked for a refund and just been told “it will ship soon”, sometimes a week or more later. Meanwhile the product is available for order stating it ships within 12 hours on the website. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never be using any of your products again and will be telling everyone I can that this entire process has been a nightmare.
