My Statik product is good, but I am highly unlikely to buy anything again due to an unnecessary long wait and unbelievably poor customer service. I ordered in August and it took 2.5 months to receive my charger leads. After two weeks, I followed the tracking on a daily basis which I found was misleading other than when it became clear the product had been returned to sender. The tracking said it had been returned as "no one to receive" which was inexplicable as I was constantly at home. It also appears totally untrue, as when the package finally arrived, it was pushed through my letter box (as it was a very small). If there had been a genuine attempt to deliver, why was it not pushed through my letter box? But worse than this, I had great difficulty getting any information or help from anyone at Statik. I tried your customer services contact form a couple of times, I emailed Statik customer services 9 times and I also tried Michael at Statik twice, all without any human response. Eventually I found a curvgroup address and finally received a response on 2nd October. The mysterious responder "qw72eg2pwqxov4dy@email.gorgias.com" said you really care about your customers and wanted to make sure I had a good experience. I immediately confirmed my delivery address and was informed that a shipment for me would be placed "so it arrives around 15th October, or few days later". I was informed on 6th October that a new order with the replacement items had been placed and I would receive a tracking number. Having received nothing by 22nd October, nor heard more, I wrote again. I received a reply on 29th October from unnamed person "qw72eg2pwqxov4dy@email.gorgias.com" saying that there had been a problem and the order hadnt actually been exported. Eventually the shipment was pushed through my letter box about two weeks later. Noone bothered to check if I received it, nor at any stage has anyone from Statik nor Curvgroup actually tried to make it right with me by taking care or offering any kind of compensation. I had to wait an extra two months beyond my scheduled delivery date and had to go to inordinate lengths to reach anyone and ensure I finally received your product. I cannot recommend Statik as they clearly dont care about me nor apparently many other customers.
