My experience with this company and the product I purchased is absolutely horrible.
Bought a charger cord and it stopped working the third day I had it. I requested help from customer support. Nobody has responded in a week. I am still trying to get this cord replaced and I have reached out three separate times with no response no reply.
I would’ve never purchased from this company if I knew this is the type of customer satisfaction that they provide. I will not recommend this to my friends.
