I can’t comment on the product, but I ordered this November 27 and it is December 20 now. I still have not received the product. Terrible terrible service.
They do send shipping updates, but there is no expected delivery date, just that it is ‘on time’. I just checked and it is in my state, so I might get it before Christmas.
I wasn’t expecting Amazon fast, but three and a half weeks is incredibly slow.
