I made my purchase in November and I still haven't received the email letting me know that my items have shipped. I have contacted customer service three times. Twice, I received emails letting me know that orders have been extremely high but they are doing their best to catch up and thanking me for my patience. The third email was never answered. I am guessing because I informed them that my patience had run out and I just wanted a refund since the items had never shipped. I am also doing this as a Google and Yelp review because this is not cool.
