I won't order from you again. I ordered in early December; your order emails said everything is processed in 24 hours and I would get shipping confirmation. Not of that happened. I wrote several times to different customer service emails but it took weeks before I got the first of several boilerplate "we're rushed right now" emails. It was after Christmas before I got the first two shipping confirmations, but China Post said the tracking numbers were invalid. The third (on Jan. 9, for a 12/1/24 order) linked on the third try but said my package was at least 2 weeks away, It showed up on Tuesday, 1/14 -- shipped from a personal name/address in Chicago???? That was only 1 item of the 6 i ordered; the other 5 were shipped separately and I have no idea where they are. Bottom line: your emails implied they would come in 2 weeks (they were Xmas presents), never said they would eventually be sent from China, and it tooks weeks to get customer service responses -- which were usually wrong. You won't fool me a second time. Instead of spending all your money on flashing social media ads, you need to clean up your organization.
