Customer service is as bad as they get. It appeared a joke to them that more than 2 weeks after ordering their product I was finally forced to buy a charger from a local retail store. Their answer to "Where is my order, you've had the use of my money for almost two weeks yet I can't get an answer from you if my order has even shipped". Finally 2 days before it arrived, I was told basically to be patient, it was shipped. Disrespectful with a" could care less attitude". Don't expect any help if your order is very slow in coming or lost.
