Have been emailing for well over a month .. I have issues with the pro cable as I bought for data transfer but laptop does not recognize any of the devices I plug into with the cable. It charges from the laptop, proving it is connected. I have sent videos but have chased up over a dozen times, and they finally answer, only to tell me which cable does data transfer .. I again tell them my issue, they then as for video proof which sent a month and half ago .. so I sent again .. and again no answer ..
