I had a really bad experience ordering their cables. It took a very long time to ship let alone be delivered. They ignored me until it finally did ship weeks later despite claiming 3-4 days of support time. I don't have a single ounce of trust in this company so the cables have not been taken out of the box. They charge for returns or else I would have returned them. 0/10 stars.
