I ordered products before Christmas. Hoping to use them as Christmas gifts. However it was weeks and I still hadn't heard anything so I wrote and asked about the status of it. I finally got a response back three days after I received it on January 20 Telling me that my order had been delivered. I wrote several times and only got the one response. I don't feel static was attentive to my order.
