This is THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE AND I'M 67!! Beginning with it took me 3 months to NOT GET THE CABLES, then when they said they were mailed out, I received nothing! About few WEEKS LATER they text me saying they were going to send out the new cables..I said I wanted to NOT GET THOSE CABLES, SO EXCHANGE THEM FOR THE BOX CHARGER..AND NOW I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING BACK YET AND I THINK THAT WAS WEEKS AGO..I've been telling FB about how bad you are!!
