My Snap-n-Charge took 2 months to arrive! Ordered before Christmas, the first parcel got lost and I had several problems contacting customer service and support as they replied long after I contacted them and gave useless outdated tracking info. As I had given up hope after a month I requested a refund and was offered a discount which I refused for a product which would never arrive. Eventually the only person who helped me was Kayua who very kindly and efficiently promised me a substitute free of charge which arrived 2 months after the original order. I often order online but must say I've never had so many probems and would suggest that Statik improve their customer service and tracking methods with China Post.
