After multiple constraints with shipping and USPS, I was contacted by the HELP Center of STATIK, more specifically Isabelle, who I thought was going to be just another excuse to hear, however, Isabelle actually took the time to actually "HELP" me! She saw where my order showed deliver, and I had been advised to contact the carrier, which I did several times, only to be told I didn't have what's called the final mile tracking number with the USPS. It showed my order had been delivered, but I never received it. Bottom, line, Isabelle "LISTENED" to me and reshipped my full order, only this time they used DHL, and within a week I had recieved my order. Thank you Isabelle for truly caring about the customer.
