sorry to say not to happy with the service, it took awhile for someone to respond to my purchase not working! Then after numerous messages, I finally was sent new attachment charger plugs to try and my phone still is not charging, if not the pins then maybe the cord is deffective in any event I am unable to charge my device (using a Motorola G device) ! Would have preferred a refund from early December when I received, which took awhile also!
