I ordered in December of 2024. Didnt here anything but automated messages for 2 months. Finally got a response from someone. Was told they didn't have my address. Sent address and Finally received my product. I am very satisfied with my items. Just wished it didn't take so long to get a response from someone. 3 months a little long to resolve address issue.
