It takes far too long to receive the product. I understand supply issues, but it’s ridiculous. When I received my product one of the items was defective. While you cheerfully will send a replacement, I have no idea how many more weeks I’ll have to wait. I hate writing negative reviews, though you did ask. If I decide to purchase any future products I will use a retail outlet since the online option is not dependable.
