Most of the products I received in the past are good, but I'm still waiting for the Tire Hero with case to arrive (ordered in November 2024 and it's almost April 2025). The rest of my order from November didn't make it in time for Christmas, but eventually got the cables last month. Customer service is always busy and their products are always on backorder, but they don't tell you that when you order.
