If I did not have to go through paypal to have my shipping issue resolved, I would have given 5 stars. It took 3 months to resolve the issue, which in my view should have been resolved so my Xmas gift to my polly-anna would have been here. Thanks to pay-pal for the resolution, not Statik's customer service who get sending me in circles.
