Very disappointed not to go on holiday,but more disappointed that l chose rebook with STA!
Company are refusing to give refunds! Only offering a credit note, and then stating they will refund MY money back in 12months!!!!
I want my money back to choose where and when l spend it!!!
I'm not giving this company an interest free loan!!
Give me my money back!!!!!!
