Steadyrack is a professional company with a great product, a slim way to store your bicycle.
I eagerly awaited my 3 bike racks. When they arrived I installed a couple and then realized the finish was degraded. I decided not to worry about so continued to install them all. When I needed a fourth rack, I decided to explain the issue I had and the company immediately sent me out 4 of good quality and just asked me to return the other 3 racks so they could see them. This was totally hassle free. Thanks Steadyrack.
