I love going in here. They're always fantastically helpful. They'll tell you where it is; They'll get you down what you can't reach; They'll order it in for you if its not in stock, or they don't stock it. Plus my dog adores going in there, they're very dog friendly, to the point of keeping dog biscuits behind the counter...
