We love the lights. We were not sent all the parts we needed, but customer service was helpful and quickly sent what we need to get our lights up. One of the lights has a quarter-size imperfection on the inside, but we had to hang them with that because we were having a party and needed the lights up for it. Overall I'm satisfied.
