I love the light. I only had 1 problem. When I ordered a light for my kitchen, which defaulted to 4” stem. I checked the box to change it to a 12” matte black stem but I only received the 4” stem. I called to tell them about their mistake to see if I could send the 4” back and they can send the correct one. She told me I would have to pay $35 for it.
