The 8 light fixtures I ordered are top quality and look great on the porch and garage. One of the arms had threads that would not accept the mounting plate. I called customer service with issue and she could not have been more helpful. Told me the new arm would go out next day and I would have it by Friday. Replacement arrived as specified. Kudos to a wonderful customer service representative and entire staff that handled sending the replacement. Such a pleasure working with a great company.
