Communication was good, product well built and sturdy. We installed 6 fixtures to a building facade. Raccoons were getting onto the roof to eat the bugs attracted to the old lights and they broke all of them off at the canopies. The lights were well-wrapped and arrived without damage. The owner loved the slanted shields which hid the glare and made his new hand-painted sign the focal point.
