Person on the phone I ordered through was extremely helpful and friendly. The only let down unfortunately was that the parcel was delivered to a local village, not the site compound (despite providing what3words). My contact details were on the box so the person who received my delivery called me to tell me they had my parcel and brought them to the compound himself. Possibly a GDPR issue.
