Had a pair of sketchers work boots from you. After 3 months of wear the stitching on both boots has failed. Sent you countless photos and you say it's not a manufacturing fault. UNBELIEVABLE.
You say it's from wearing them. Was I meant to put them in a glass cabinet and peruse them occasionally.
