I have ordered form here a few times now.
I have only experienced issues once and it was my own fault for miss typing the reference code. Having received my email of correction, which wasn’t straight away either, again my own fault. The staff quickly acted to rectify the change and got the delivery done on time despite all the issue being from my end. Express delivery at their own cost to add to my surprise.
I will order from these guys until they cease trading. 🙏
