I have ordered twice, having just logged on to make my third order - I can sincerely say that I have had a First Class service all round, both times… the first time my order arrived on a Saturday morning unexpectedly early (obviously due to very prompt dispatches), and as for my second order, being nearly a year ago now I’m not completely sure why I made contact with Customer Service, but I did as something made me feel uneasy (maybe I didn’t get a confirmation or something), however upon contacting Customer Services my query was very quickly dealt with and I believe the order came the next day… In my younger years I studied the chemistry and biology of this field of supplements (being a bit of a science buff) got to really know what constitutes quality products or not) and can honestly say that this is genuine product with a very discrete service - and should you require re-assurance or genuine support… (speaking from direct experience) it really exists!! Let’s face it, although only class c, this is still a black market grey area, and you could hand good money over just to robbed and wouldn’t have anywhere to direct your complaint to… but I took a calculated risk (buying small for my first order) and it came up dividends. Credit where credit is due - I honestly have to say when I seen the kind and reassuring reply from customer services, I felt more than grateful not just because I wasn’t being scammed… but because I was so enriched by the thought of some massive beefcake (steroids have a bad rep for short temper/low patience) sat at the laptop being so polite and proper in message exchanges - it kinda gave me faith in humanity!
