Ordered from the website using their check printer option. Toner arrived doesn't fit my machine. They won't adhere to distance selling regulations and issue a refund or replace the item. Just keep quoting their terms and conditions. Better to use Amazon in future, they might be a bit more expensive but at least they take their obligations seriously
