After only a year of occasional use the leather on my Eames repro chair had rubbed away. The company were adamant that the stated 2 year guatantee does not cover this. Apart from the chair being very uncomfortable, I question the quality of the leather. Very unsatisfied with this company who have shown no interest in my problem.
