Looked at products on the website which was quite comprehensive. Phoned and spoke to a member of staff and received some very good advice. Very pleased with the service. The only down side is that delivery information is only sent after 5pm, which doesn't allow much time to make arrangements for the following day. Some of my delivery information was wrong but by this time the office was closed and I couldn't chase it up. So had to resolve it the following morning, which was the day of delivery
